Mr. Nigel Miranda is the Chairman of the ASEAN Centre for Business Development and Research. Having vast experience of handling projects in Canada, South Africa, Dubai and India, presently he is leading a dedicated team to boost the IT solutions in Cambodia. As an experienced consultant and trainer, he is having command over broad areas of business management and enterprise development.

Prof. (Dr.) Tapas R. Dash is the Executive Director of the ASEAN Centre for Business Development and Research. Having more than 25 years of teaching, training, research, and consultancy, a dozen of scholars have received doctoral degrees under his active guidance. Prof. Dash has carried out a number of research projects funded by both international and national agencies including the Royal Government of Cambodia. As a seasoned trainer, he has conducted a number of training programs and workshops for various functionaries as well as several client organizations. He has in his credit a number of publications in international journals including books. As a leading researcher he has wide experience on various socio-economic issues of the developing world.

Mr. Tola is a development practitioner having more than 15 years of experience with Non-Governmental Organizations and Government Agencies. He has wide experience in project planning, design, management, monitoring, evaluation and reporting with different donor grants. For the regional experience, he coordinates and manages the provision of technical supports to civil society organizations (CSOs) in Southeast Asia and the pacific region in organizational development, community mobilization, grant management, internal system and proposal development, monitoring and evaluation including research. He also shares his knowledge and experiences among students through teaching at UG and PG levels.
